Welcome to OHCRM, a service operated by KCGG LTD. (“KCGG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as OHCRM. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OHCRM platform and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
OHCRM provides tools for real estate professionals to manage open houses, visitor sign-ins, and lead follow-ups. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. You must not misuse the service, including by engaging in unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property, distribution of malware, security probing, or scraping.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

KCGG LTD. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the OHCRM service, including all software, documentation, branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limitations of the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from visitors before collecting their personal information through OHCRM.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
OHCRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCGG LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
